Abstract

Humans are the true wealth of the nation. Human development places humanity as the ultimate goal from development, not tools from development. The main purpose development is creating an enabling environment people are able to have more choices, especially in health, education and income. Human development as a measure of overall development performance is formed through three basic dimensions. These dimensions include long life and healthy living, knowledge and decent livelihoods where each dimension is presented by an indicator.
